05:21 PM EST, 02/10/2020 (MT Newswires) -- Slack Technologies (WORK) said on Monday IBM (IBM) has been its largest customer for several years and has expanded its usage of Slack over that time, responding to an earlier Business Insider report saying IBM purchased Slack for all of its employees worldwide and also is its biggest customer.
The company said it is not updating its financial guidance for Q4 or for the fiscal year ended Jan. 31, 2020. The stock was down more than 7% in extended trading, after surging 15% earlier following the Business Insider report.
