Reason for Buy / Sell / Sell Short / Buy Back:

 

1. Earning released, stock gap down.
2. I have been living with crocodile for 3 years and learnt the entire stock cycle from it.

 

Lesson Learnt:

 

1. This shows how important stop loss is to traders (read back my previous CROX post).
2. The stock looks more like a SHORT candidate now.
3. Let's see whether it will come back to $19.50 or not and see how it react there.

1. This is the 3rd time poking up from the resistance line.
2. At daily chart, you can see that it did that in two stages. This time it is coming for rea.

Lesson Learnt:

 

1. Historical chart stick to the trend line pretty well.
2. This is the 3rd time it punch through the resistance line and looks like it can be coming for real.
3. If it comes back down, the support line should be somewhere $17.00 and $17.50.
4. Intraday chart looks quite healthy too.

Lesson Learnt:

 

1. Happen to be the same kind of reason for the island reversal pattern -- Somebody in VP level are leaving the company.
2. Looks like it is quite profitable if you can spot this pattern on the day it happen. I actually saw it happen on CROX, but no action taken.       ;-)
3. For these two stocks, shorting CROX might be much safer compare to shorting AMD.  AMD has got a strong support line at $8.20 where is previously gap up. CROX's 20MA line now act as resistance instead of support and should help to push the stock down.

Lesson Learnt:

 

1. A "big bowl bottom" pattern proven to be very profitable especially if it appear in long term chart.
2. CROX's big bowl bottom lasted more than 6 months and then started to move up. RSI and Volume started to indicate that. MACD finally crossed above 0.
3. Many entry points along the MA lines.
