- There was a good quarter report announcement, price gapped up and then retraced back to the 2 MA line on the daily chart.
- Decide to go in when the price touched the MA line.
- Price actually went down and touched the low. It showed that this stock is not as strong as expected.
- Looking at the weekly long term chart, there should still be quite a lot of "shorty" in there.
